    Do I have a case??

    I'm not trying to mislead anyone. I'm not that kind of person. But as far as i know microsoft can't detect hardware replacement (they cannot see if youreplace the heatsinks , fans or whatever. That just impossible )

    It's so if you need to follow up with support about the issue you submitted, you give them the case number when you contact them again so they can look into it.

    I got it. Called the number went to support told them what is happening and they told me they would try to honor it and asked for my name and number and have me a case number.
