    Or you could also go on the xbox site and see if they are experiencing any issues and see if there are any resolves if none of that works!

    Power cycle the xbox by holding the power button for 10 seconds and disconnecting the power cable for 1 minute

    If it's a digital game then it should be in the ready to install list in 'My Games & Apps'. If it's a disc game make sure to remove the disc before performing the power cycle

    Depending on which game it is you could try to restart your console or disconnect and than reconnect your internet.
