I have a problem connecting to Xbox Live in Xbox 360.

The console is new and can not connect to Xbox Live. Internet works well. I tried to connect directly to the adapter and changed the Wi-Fi network, but the problem is not corrected. I changed the position of the console place but the result is the same.
What are the potential problems and how to solve it?

I also experience the same problem (brand new Xbox 360 E).

The console can connect to the Internet but not Xbox Live.



- I updated to the latest FW using USB.

- Turned off firewall, enabled port forwarding, even DMZ for Xbox.

And all I get is this:

Port forwarding settings:

UPDATE 2/11/2017: Working fine now. It was an error on Microsoft's side in the end.
