    I have a probleem redeeming some gift codes i got from microsoft


    Hello and good night

    what heppened is that i got some codes from microsoft a few weeks back and i didnt redeem them because i didnt knew there was an expiration date, to be honest i didnt see it on the message.

    i contacted xbox support on chat and they told me to contact your team by posting this, by the way this is the service request number

    i hope you can do something about those codes.

    Unfortunately as Mister Make stated, we're unable to reissue or replace codes that have originally expired. Be sure to redeem any codes you receive as soon as you can to avoid any possible expiration dates. Thanks for posting!

    You may want to post here in order to get this seen by support faster -
    forums.xbox.com/.../4272.aspx    . You'll also want to post which codes you're looking for. Forum support does not have access the reference numbers so they will not be able to see any of the information you gave in chat.
