    Xbox 360 Marketplace purchasing     that does call out child accounts cannot make these purchases. If users are looking to own the content on their own account, they will need to purchase the content directly from an Xbox 360.

    I have a solution

    I have a solution for "Your account is unable to make this type of purchase on Xbox.com. Please complete this transaction from your Xbox." What you must do is, put the parents account on the Xbox One. Then you must buy the game through the parents account
    online via credit card. Once this happens the game will appear in all of the family's ready to install list. Therefore you can download it. Hope this helped!

    All decisions made by the Xbox Live enforcement team are premanent. There is no way to dispute this. They also won't be able to tell you anything specific about the issue such as how many people filed a complaint. All it takes is one complaint.

    It's premanent. I need the e-mail to be replaced with another so i can accept the terms and conditions, any idea how i might be able to get in contact with Microsoft to do this? I tried Live Chat with Microsoft, and they didn't help much, wasted 2 hours
