    Hi microsoft. I had a main account with the name (Pikacu gamer). But the account hacked to me. The hacker hecked through that account. So the account was considered permabanated.I want the bill back, but I know it will never come back.

    If they unbanned it, it wasn't a permaban. MS won't go back on a permaban. Surely you received an email?

    If the ban has lifted an you still cannot communicate try removing the account from the console, do a hard reset, then re-add the account to see if that clears it.

    Unfortunately, nobody here on the forums would be able to know, as the Enforcement team doesn't post here, and we don't have access to your Enforcement records.

    Log on to http://enforcement.xbox.com and submit a case review as an inquiry about your suspension duration (if eligible).
