    Hello,

    So I've been having a problem for a couple months. The problem is that I can't send messages. It isn't to specific people, but everybody, so I know that it isn't that some people blocked me. I have an open NAT type, and fast internet, so I know that THAT
    isnt the problem, and for some reason, I justt cant send messages. Also, when I went to send a message on the computer, it said "Due to previous interactions, you cannot send a message" or something like that. Please help!

    "Because of your past behavior, you can't send messages."

    Whenever I try to send a message it says

    "Because of your past behavior, you can't send messages."
    When I go to the xbox enforcement page it says I have a perfect record. I dont even use the account that often

    Some of my Xbox Friends show as offline, even though they are not appearing offline.

    yes I signed in and it said I have a prefect record. Recently, I have been unable to send messages to anyone including my friends. What is going on here? I can't send messages to anyone

    Go to send someone a voice message and record you speaking (no need to send the message), when you have recorded it, select the playback option. Does the audio sound quiet to you when you play the message back?
