    Any news on this? I have been unable to play Premium Subscription Mahjong since the end of April and would like a resolution.

    Puzzle is completed, but next puzzle is not unlocked.

    Mahjong is STILL having not able to unlock tiles. I've gotten a refund on my yearly subscription. This game is poorly written!

    OK. Mahjong is now updating the old version data, but now some of the daily challenge games are greyed out and cannot be played.

    Unfortunately I have paid for a new premium edition, and this has not fixed the above problem. There is no way for Microsoft to refund me.

    Both Jigsaw and Mahjong have lost premium features and tell me that my subscription has expired even though clicking the upgrade now link tells me that I have a subscription valid until February. Xbox support tell me that it is a problem that the developers
    need to sort out and that they have elevated the problem to them
