Discus and support I have a new account, first game opened but crashed, second crashed, third... in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I really want to play game in this platform !     I have a new account, first game opened but crashed, second crashed, third...


    I really want to play game in this platform !

    First, I had a age restriction problem. It's solved. Now, I have games installed ready to go to play but when I started first game there were two questions:

    buyer account and account holder has two different microsoft accounts which one you select ?
    and I answered the account that I use for xbox gaming because other account is my windows user account to open desktop.

    second question do you allow to continue to play with this account ( my xbox account )

    and I answered yes

    the game opens... in the menu or if you can start fast while you play but it doesn't matter 10 - 15 seconds later it crashes.

    I tried three times...

    I have no freaking idea...
    I have xbox ultimate account with cloud gaming on my desktop.

    unfortunately, none of this helped, but by creating a new microsoft account [game bought on steam] on the first account it crashes and on the second account it started crashing kak started connecting to online

    I have the same issue. now any games or apps that I download or install crash back to the home screen within seconds of opening. the only extra thing I tried was created a new profile and then downloaded the game using that account. same problem, be it

    Similar things happen with me. MyPlayer starts the game, then crashes back to dash within first 30 seconds of the game. If I create a new myplayer, it goes through the opening scene and then somehow loads me into a MYGM save that I have. Now if I play
    MyGM the games never save if I play them. This game is unplayable.

    Yes i recived 3 different
    The first is that a crash report was deleted but i dont think its that since it happened even when the game was fine

    The second is that i cant connect to xbox live (im on pc) with the code 0x80004005

    The third is just a fatal error that happens after i just spam ok on the second error
