Since you know the gamertags of those involved and they should show under "recent players" on your console, you should also report them via your console. You may or may not hear back from support with a very generic "We've looked into your situation and
have dealt with it response". If they feel it's warranted they may ban or suspend the accounts of those involved. You would likely never know the outcome directly.

It's unlikely that such would happen (getting personal information) - Enforcement team doesn't read the forums, they act on reports through the proper process of reporting via the console or app. These reports are fully investigated and if necessary proper
enforcement action is taken either through suspensions or censure, something which the Enforcement team cannot comment on with a third party. It might not happen today or tomorrow, but if that sort of action has taken place it will come back to haunt them!
