i have a login problem

i don't know why the authentification page is white when its load. i have this problem after the last system update

I recently bought the anhialation and resurection pack for my black ops on my xbox. the next day my xbox severly scratched my disc.

you are using the wrong email address then you'll have to find the email account you used for the gamertag

 

Im also having the same problem currently on my 2nd account, the load screen is white, i type in my password, it loads and comes up with same error code and tells me to try again later.

 

I got the same thing. was wondering if something was wrong on my part. at least i know i'm not alone

 

what hell is going on i think this is a ploy to get us to by the new box smh that is weird i was palying the game earlier and now i cant play try again later

 

yes Lvl Playzone i also use 2 accounts. yesterday i was able to play when i restarted the xbox now it's impossible.

i think the last system update is in cause

 

Go to Settings > Account > Remove Accounts. Once you have removed the account, hard-reset the console & log in to your original account.

 

I have the same problem. I am note alone.

 

You won't, as long as everything is backed up to the cloud. All game save data will still be on the console & after you log in again you can import your old settings.

 

My password is correct but they cannot continue cause they have a problem for somethin
