    What i suggest is charging the controller via connecting the plug and play to your PC/Laptop and once its fully charged try and sync without it being plugged in using the steps above.

    The only thing I can think of is the sync button like was mentioned. Sometimes it takes a few tries to work, but holding both the sync button on the console and controller for a few seconds usually works for me. Have you tried it with regular batteries in
    it? If so is it still the same, or is it just with the charge pack. Plus, is the charge pack official, or unlicensed? Sometimes the unlicensed ones will do stuff like this.
