Discus and support I have a Link issue... in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I went to play on my account on the pc, and then due to the lag, went to access on son's Xbox one.     I have a Link issue...


    I went to play on my account on the pc, and then due to the lag, went to access on son's Xbox one. I have my own live acct and it would not let me play. I went back on pc and gave me a link issue, so I unlinked to then attempt to RE-link the data...my
    information was linked with my live account, however, I had only played once on Xbox one. When I went to RElink it said my account is linked to another live account....hmmmmmm.....this blows.....a little help please.......epic and Microsoft, put your heads
    together...please

    I need help!!! I pulled up the Epic Games Launcher, and loaded the game Fortnite on my pc, it lagged badly. So, I went to access on son's Xbox one. I have my own live acct, signed in, but it would not pull in the connected Epic Games game acct data. I
    went back on pc and looked for solutions, i saw it was suggested that if i disconnect then reconnect, it might fix it. So there i go..so I unconnected my Xbox Live account to the Epic Games account. And then attempt to Connect the xbox live account, and
    this is what it gave me

    "Your Xbox Live account has already been associated with another Epic Games account"

    WTF....hmmmmmm.....this blows.....a little help please.......epic and Microsoft, put your heads together...please

    Hello JayC095, on the Xbox side you can check if there is already an Epic account linked to your Microsoft account.

    To do so, click on the link below and log in with your Microsoft account that you use to play and see the services that are linked.

    Microsoft Consent

    If you want to do this verification on the Epic Games side, you will have to log in to the Epic Game website with the email account you used to create the login, and do this account link verification.

    Thank you for the help. How do I found out the email I may have used through epic games to link through my Microsoft account? I may have made another on accident since I thought I linked it to my primary email but every time I try to link it on epic games with my primary email name it says it’s already linked to another account so I assume I may have used a different username
