    hello, i have 5,83€ in late on m'y Xbox live gold, i had 25€ in my store account when i buy it, i had pay a 3 month subscription but now i can't go in multiplayer and I have to pay € 5 that I have already paid wtf

    Lag and I dont know why

    ipods, tablets, etc, uses alot of bandwidth. Try upgrading internet speed and buy a repeater or range extender to improve existing wireless network. Talk to a network speciallist or try to follow directions. Talk to your parents first before you do anything.

    If you have an outstanding balance for your Xbox Live Gold membership, you would need to take care of that balance before being able to add any more Gold time - there's more information in the
    FAQ here that can help walk you through that.
