    I Have A Issue With My Xbox Reward Program


    i have an issue on my account, i were not able to receive rewards on my account , when i pucharse the games before on my account like 2 year ago , its about +30 games i contact support , and i found out that my xbox live account is registred on mexico ,
    wich i currently living on US , the support agent told me to migrating the account from MX to US . but He told me to contact firs the reward team before we proceed on migrating the account , cause it may be possible that i will lose the points on my account
    if migrate my accounts region.

    Rewards program

    Another confusing rewards program brought to you by Xbox. I don't understand why we, as gamers, cant just have a simple rewards program, like we have with Sony, for example. With the Xbox rewards program, we have to work waaaaaay too hard to get rewarded.
    Sorry, but I am not WORKING for my rewards!!

    The Xbox Live Rewards program and Microsoft Rewards program are completely separate entities. Since you are not a Xbox Live Rewards member, this sounds like a Microsoft Rewards issue. You would have to contact their support via their webpage for assistance.
    Since you are not a Xbox Live Rewards member, you have no Credits in our program.
