I have a installation stuck

I recently tried to install a game through remote download to pc, but once i got to my computer i realized it tried to download to the wrong driver and that i didn't have enough space. so i tried to cancel install. then i went back to the game and it said it was in que. so i went back and saw it tried to install to the same driver. so no matter what i do, clear cache on phone and pc it still tries to install so i can't get rid of it. so now it's forever error. i don't want to uninstall and reinstall the app because i don't know what that will do to the games i already had installed.

I hope you are doing well today. Welcome to the Xbox Community. Thank you for reaching out to Xbox Forums. I see that you have issues with remote install and a game installation stuck. I am happy to help and provide suggestions that hopefully fix your problem. Let's make the following suggestion in the order I have numbered them.

Solution 1: Reset Windows 10 store & Xbox app

1. Open Settings.

2. Go to Apps -> Apps & features.

3. On the right side, look for Microsoft Store/Xbox App and click it.

4. The advanced options link will appear. Click it

5. Next, click on the Reset button to reset Microsoft Store/Xbox App to default setting

Solution 2: Format Secondary drive

Formatting to NTFS is also required for backing up games and captures on external storage devices connected to Windows PCs. IF you are trying to install on another drive, please make sure the hard drive is formatted correctly.

Solution 3: Play games offline on Windows 10 using Offline mode; this error could also be attributed to issues with the Microsoft store not recognizing your entitlement to the game. Would you please click on this link Play games offline on Windows 10 using Offline mode | Xbox Support. Then scroll down and click on the drop-down arrow and look at the steps for How to enable offline play on your device

Solution 4: Set the default installation drive

Open Xbox app
On the top-right corner, click on your profile and select settings.
Click on General and then navigate to Change, where this app installs games by default
select the drive you want to install your games

Now see if that fixed the problem and attempt to remote install from the Xbox app.

Installation problems. I got prompted to install update. I accepted. It was stuck at 99% for a really long time. I paused the install and then canceled the install. I turned off the XBOX and retried the install. This time I got a warning that the install
was 6gb. I accepted. It has be STUCK at "0% Install" for over an hour. Not sure what to do at this point.

So there is an update for ryse ?I wonder if that is the issue i am having ...It says installing and its stuck at 94%..
