Thanks for the input. And your thinking is in line with mine. But there are a few things that I have in the back of my mind that surface occasionally in my thinking that I haven't quite been able to wrap my mind around that might very easely require some extra measures. Like if you did replace the computer with a new one and gateway and router all together and sign into an account and your instantly in the same situation as before. And this could easely be a reality. Unless you never used any of your accounts or profile names again. Much of it is automated and is on auto pilot doing seek out and map or move to a removal destination with your information. I feel quite sure their long term goals are acquiring any and every thing of worth and become mungers. But I don't think they have thought this thru. It would be a simple operation to add your own engineering to this and have it sending the route in which the information goes back to yourself or the FCC. but I am not that clever in knowing how to do that. But I have had my minds eye awakened to some possibilities I didn't know were being practiced. It's an eye opener to have someone send you a video of you taken with your own camera, then one of them in your house while your on an errand.

a normal installation of windows does have approx 100 processes running under task manager, most are essential for the OS to work.

If you think someone is accessing remotely to your computer the best option would reinstall your windows system from scratch. Due to probably it's infected

If maybe the hacker is attacking / accessing to your computer using your IP address or similar. You may need to ask your ISP (Internet service provider) to change your IP address and change the router to avoid new attacks.

Yesterday I was hacked and when I tried to recover I used my email, but the hacker removed it so Microsoft said it doesn't exist. I used the hacker's email and used the correct information in the recovery form but it says unsuccessful and cant confirm I own the account. is there anything else I can do? The hacker probably changed everything related to the recovery form so I can't do anything about it. (btw the email of the hacker ends with rambler.ru)

I have noticed that I am regularly getting hacked in the middle of a police chase. Is there anything I can do about that? It's impossible to run down a hacker and evade the police.
