    Hi,

    There a month ago I bought a code to have a Xbox Live Gold subscription for a year, at first all worked well but today, all my games says that I do not have the rights to play in multiplayer whereas my subscription ended only in August 2018 ! Why ?

    I have gold, but i can't play online?

    Hi, i just bought an xbox after being away for a while. It came with a 14 day gold trial. I used the code, but i'm not able to play rocket league online. It says i dont have the permissions, and is telling me to buy gold. I looked at my memberships and
    it says i have gold until the end of the month, and i can download the games for gold, but it won't let me play online. I tried hard resetting, testing my connection, signing out, etc. But nothing seems to work. Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

    Why can't I play any games on Xbox Live?

    You need a gold subscription in order to play on Live. You can sign into Live with a silver subscription in order to download content, but you can't actually play online without a gold subscription.

    Huh....well, I can't help with the first half, but the reason you can't play online is because you have a free Silver subscription. You have to have a Gold sub to play online. So time to fork out $60...MS' online play is not free. The reason I know your
    are Silver is because that is the color of your GT on your post.

    Difference of Xbox Live Gold Membership and Xbox Live

    A gold subscription allows you to play online multiplayer and access Games with Gold and Deals with Gold offers. If you don't pay with gold you have a Free (or Silver) account. You can still sign into Live to purchase content and access apps, but you can't
    play online or access gold discounts.
