Hi,

I am unable to use the Amazon Lovefilm app on the Xbox One as it is saying I do not have the xbox live Gold subscription, but I do. I've confirmed in my account that I am still being billed for Gold, but it still cannot sign-in to the Lovefilm app with the
error that I need gold to do that.

I have tried removing the app and re-installing, but I have the same issue.

Please help me get this resolved.

I am trying to use the website but it won't let me because it comes up with 2 X on Xbox Live Gold subscription and Tenure, But i have had gold for 2 years and don't need to renew it till the start of next year... Why is this happening??

I am sorry you are having this problem. If you could try clearing your system cache by holding the power button for 5-10sec. Then turn your Xbox back on and delete and re-download the app. After that please try to use the app. If the problem still exists
please re-download your profile. Your game save data is still stored in the Cloud. This will ensure that all your latest account information has synced.

Has anyone had any luck with this? I know I don't have Gold because mine expired, but it won't let me use it.

I think i figured it out, my xbox live subscription ran out between getting the game and letting it download and booting it up to play it. apparently my xbox games with gold won't let me play in between gold subscriptions. I wanted to do some single-players
while on gold hiatus for a few days, but that won't let me.

Did you have a Trial membership or paid ? Because i have the same problem, on Microsoft webpage under subscriptions it says i have Gold Trial but the Xbone won't recognize it and won't let me play online...haven't found any fix yet even after factory reset....
