Discus and support i have a gold membership but my xbox says i dont in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; what do i do? i can't download any of the free monthly games but i can play all my games online and watch all my apps. im not sure why i cant access...     xbox one redeem code problem

    so my xbox live gold membership ran out on 11/20/14 so i dont have it anymore but when ever i trie to redeem a xbox live gold code it says that i already have gold but i dont

    Are you using a full gold subscription or a trial? You're not showing as gold here. Trials will not change your account status to gold so you can't download the games with gold.

    If it is a full gold subscription, you'll need to try checking your account at
    Sign in to your Microsoft account to make sure it shows your subscription and then contact support. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

    i just checked out your profile and it does indeed say gold. Try deleting your account then recover and see if that fixes it
