    I have a game I don't recall buying?


    I got on my Xbox One this morning and saw that I had Chivalry, I have never heard of this game before so I was pretty surprised for it to be there. I checked my cards and apparently I've been charged for a game I never bought?

    I don't own games I have bought

    This was likely due to a service alert that was up effecting the ability to play downloaded games and apps. You should be able to use them now that the alert has lifted. If you continue to have this problem please post back.

    I don't own games I have bought

    so I got on my personal Xbox which is my home Xbox and tried play some games that I bought on my account that didn't work it said I didn't own them so I went to get help and was told to reinstall and now it is just saying game will start soon Idk
    what's wrong if I could get help it would be very appreciated

    Is the game in your purchase history? Try and remove your account then sign back in. Also try a console reset.
