Hi Lucas! I'm almost certain that I'm attempting to purchase PC game pass, because I'm redeeming the offer that came with my PC. I also don't see PC Game Pass anywhere on my services and subscriptions page. I also tried to just purchase the normal offer for PC Game Pass without the free month that came with my device (since it's one dollar for the first month I wouldn't be losing that much) but that didn't even let me get to the payment window and instead said that my parent needs to do it on their and, and that I couldn't send a request for that item. What are the steps for my parents to complete that purchase on their end? I'd be fine with giving up a dollar if that's the only way to complete the purchase. Thanks!

1. Go to: Contact us | Xbox Support
   
2. See the bottom left part of the page and make sure that the page has the correct region that you are in (ex: United States - English for USA)
   
3. If not, click on it then select the correct region that you are in.
   
4. Check and confirm that you are within the available time of support under Contact times.
   
5. Click Contact us
   
6. Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.
   
7. On the page, see the provided support articles that may help you with your concern. Click See contact options if further assistance is needed.
   
8. On the next page, select either Chat online or Request a call option then follow or enter the needed details.

The PC came with game pass free for three months, that never worked either. So you're saying the game pass on console and PC are separate and I need to buy game pass for both each year. If so, that's not cool. Anyway look forward to your reply.

I'd also give it a try if it came on game pass

The offers for Game Pass are provided by the vendor and not directly linked with Microsoft.

For example, all my gaming PCs and laptops came with free Game Pass. one laptop, the offer stopped working or was not activated. I was able to contact the laptop company, and they were able to give me a code. But, sometimes (I don't have any links to prove), the offer may have expired.

I remember many years ago, I bought a PS4 and they said they will give free games. But when I opened the box, the games were not there. I went to the shop where I bought it, and the shop was able to get me the free games and it took about one month.

For example, the company gave the offer in January, and you bought the laptop in August. By the time you bought it, the offer may have been cancelled by the company, and now the coupon has expired on your PC.

So, try with the company brand shop where you purchased. They may give you new coupon or something. But, these offers are not given by Xbox Microsoft, so, not sure that is going to happen.
