I have a flight stick for playing other games, and I want to make it so that FH5 ignores it

Try this

Make sure Forza Horizon 5 is running while you do this

Go to Control Panel

Go to Devices and Printers

Find your currently connected controller, right click and go to properties

Go to Hardware

Highlight "HID-compliant game controller", and go to properties

Go to Change Settings

Go to Driver tab

Click Disable Device

Make sure Forza Horizon 5 isn't detecting controller inputs anymore

wow the levels of ignorance astound me. You do know that the versatility of being able to use.....a flight stick, a n xbox 360 controller, many other gamepads, a mouse and keyboard, an arcade stick a trackball, and otehr options is what makes controls on
PC games superior.

Bandai Namco worked with Hori to create a special Ace Combat 6 bundle that came with a special Xbox 360 flight stick (the Hori Ace Edge). I think for Ace Combat 5 they also did a controller with Hori.

But the Flight stick can only be used in this very game, not in any other flight games. So unless you intend on only playing Ace Combat 5/6, buying a flight stick for the Xbox 360 is a waste of money, as the stick won't work comfortably in any other game.

I havent played a flight sim in ages. I'd have to buy a flight stick if i wanted to get into one though.

So in other words, I lose 310k GS, I have to stick with it and be ignored? They won't answer me, 1 week and no reply, so they do whatever they want and I just shut up? It's amazing...
