I have a Fallout 3 code. I just can't redeem it!

I contacted live support who directed me here.

I have a physical copy of Fallout 4, which includes the Fallout 3 code, stating that it can be redeemed on an xbox 360, or via xbox.com/redeemcode - upon trying to redeem the code on the website, I get an error, 0x80153016. When going to /errorhelp
I read that this code is that the promotion is over? At this point I contacted Xbox support live chat.

I was told that I can't use the code on the website, nor on an xbox one - it has to be on a 360? Only problem with that is, I don't have an xbox 360.

The person at xbox support then goes to say to post here to be told how I can redeem my code using the website? HELP!

Falout 3 message with code disappeared

Hi,

I pre-order Fallout 4 and i got code for Fallout 3 in message. At that time Fallout 3 wasn't available for Xbox One so i can't redeem code.

Now when Fallout 4 is arrived and i have new interface in Xbox One message with gift code for Fallout 3 is disappeared. I can't find it now in my messages.
