Hello, so here, a month ago, I benefited from xbox live gold about 3.50 euros and today, June 10, 2018, the payment was renewed at a price of 6.99 euros. However, I do not have access to xbox live gold. I tried to restart my console but it does not work,

I pay usually with gift card : value 25 euros.

Now i have a message with 5.78 euros debt, but i never take an abonnement with a credit card.

How is that possible ?

If this is a legitimate payment (e.g. you have a valid Gold membership subscription that was withdrawn while your credit card or bank account had insufficient funds), you can

pay the due amount with these instructions.

I figured out why, so I have a debt from the ultimate Xbox game pass on the card that was deactivated and I apparently have to pay that off just for the card to work....Thanks for the people who tried to help me, I really appreciate it.
