I have a console ban from talking to people and playing online

it says due to a suspension,the following Xbox live features may be limited:Text and Voice communications and looking for group:Online multiplayer and looking for group.I cant do any of these on any of my accounts but none of my accounts tell me i have got
a ban.I have gotten band in the past but not lately.I would like to appeal this xbox one ban

okay so i just got off my previous ban because i had sent the usual **** talking messages to people. And a day later, for no reason what so ever, i get another one and now im banned from playing online. ****!?

 

Online Suspension

My account has been suspended from playing and talking online. This ban seems really unfair and the case review questions were very misleading. I was hoping to sort this out and see if i could get this 3 week ban lifted?

I just got off talking to a support worker and they said Xbox enforcement could help.

 

I also got my main account banned after playing for a year with level 1000 on bo3 due to somebody trying to sell my account on a different account and made a post acting like me and reported the post on his main account to get my main account banned.Because
i beat him in a game and made his kd ratio go down.Im very irritated with this console ban and account ban from a month ago because i have been a loyal xbox fan since 360 and will have to sadly switch to ps4 if these bans don’t get appealed.Thank you for

The enforcement team does not use the forums. For account bans you would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. There is no way to contact the enforcement team regarding console bans.

 

I Contacted xbox live support and they told me to make a forum of my problem.I guess xbox is just for 7 year olds that play M rated games but cant handle when you cuss.Smh Xbox really needs to fix the code of conduct or ban for legitimate reasons.I know
people that DDOS people offline that have had there accounts for years and havent been banned but when you send a message like KYS you deserve to get banned.

 

Support often tell people to post on the forums when it comes to enforcement matters because they don't know what else to do.

The code of conduct is perfectly fine,it's you that needs to change if you keep getting suspended.

The age rating on a game only means that a person under that age can not buy that game.It doesn't mean they can not play it &,as every game with online tells you,the age rating does not apply to the online side of that game.

Everything you do on xbox live must be rated E for everyone.

The rules are the same on PSN/PS4 although you don't get as many chances there when you break their rules.

Using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is also against the code of conduct,sounds like you have a console privilege suspension to stop you from doing this which is why all of the accounts on that console have the same punishment
as the suspended account.

The other accounts will work on other devices.

If you come across anyone online you think is breaking the rules just report & block them & they will be investigated.Ddos attacks are down to your isp to address,not Microsoft.
