    I have a communication problem


    Hello. I encountered a communication problem on my Xbox one S at the moment. Here

    is the story, the 03/02/20017, following an altercation with another

    player, the latter my signaled and Microsoft therefore banned

    communication during 24h. This time now, I try to connect

    to a group of friends on Xbox Live but oddly I do not get any sound from

    my friends in the group. Can you help me because this problem normally has no place to be following the end of my sanction. Sorry for my English i'm french.

    Hey there AsapXErwann.

    Are you still having trouble accessing voice chat or has it cleared up for you? If you haven't already, try a power cycle on your Xbox One by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds until your Xbox One powers off completely.

    Ok, Maxen, I misunderstood... I thought it was a general tenure issue. Oops! And, thanks for the info, though. I plan on applying as an ambassador as soon as I have high enough gamerscore... so it will be shortly relevant to me as well... will be good

    Maxen... yes, that seems to be the case. lol I see a lot of posts on here about people with around 1600 Gamerscore saying "why can't I apply???". The XCL site won't even recognize my profile at the moment... it says "Try back again in 24 hours." But, on
    my hubby's account it lets him sign it, but it says he doesn't have an active LIVE gold membership or enough tenure. So, it must take a month or so.... I am guessing.... for it to update.
