    Hello i have bought a Xbox live gold today and when i try to enter this , the code is valid and after , when i confirm , i have a message witch say "we encountered a problem. It is sometimes useful to wait a little"

    And i have also a problem ,beceause i have a code with the pack xbox one when i have bought xbox ,but my xbox live gold isn't expired ,but i can't play online

    Codes sometimes generate by service outages, so you should check first if xbox live is working instead of looking for that code. It could be when you tried to renew your subscription that Xbox Live was not working well.

    If you can calm down and explain a little better your problem, we can help you. You say that you cant redeem a code of Xbox Live Gold or that you cant buy it from the main store? Also, you have the app to try if web and console does not work.

    Also, there is no need to talk like that. Im sorry to hear that you have some troubles but problems exist everywhere, have a little of patience.

    unfortunaly ScarfyPlayz Xbox Live Gold will not be a free service. They do have Ultimate which includes Xbox Live Gold. But unfortuanly some games do require you to have a Gold Membership. But as far as Xbox live Gold being free, sadly that won't be an option I am very sorry for the incovience.
