I have a code to give the Microsoft staff here for a promotion. Where do I go?

It sounds like it may be preorder code, this is how you redeem the code on the Xbox One

1)Go to Games, and then select Use a code. Or, say “Xbox, use code.”

2)If prompted, sign in.

3)If you have a QR code, hold it up to your Kinect sensor.

If you do not have a QR code, select Or enter the 25-character code, and then enter your code.

Well unfortunately, as Smwutches says the staff here is unable to assist. They have nothing to do with promotions running on the Microsoftstore.com. However, you should go back and try again because it was working fine for me.

At the very least, tell us what bundle is giving you the issue and we can see if we have the issue too.

Be aware that promotional codes expire. Some dubious stores sometimes go to a promotional Xbox event and get free codes, and then sell these. Promotional codes do have an expiry date, and it should be printed on the code card, or on a leaflet that came with
the card.

Codes you buy in a regular store should not expire.

So please complain again at the store where you bought the codes from. You made a purchase contract with the store, not Microsoft directly. Therefore the store is responsible for getting you a working code.

That is not a promotion that the Xbox Live Rewards Program is involved in. You may want to post in the "Sales & Promotions" forum. The staff here is not going to be able to assist you.
