I have a code saying 0x801901f4 help

my boyfriend has a code saying this and when we try to sign into his profile it says use a controller to sign in then it say something went wrong try again later. 0x801901f4 and we have done a hard reset and etc. nothing works plz helpppp

I cant sign in to my xbox one, I just get a message saying, 'theres been a problem, please try later and a code 0x801901f4 which Microsoft doesn't recognise, its been 2 days now. Help please.

Let's try to power cycle your console. Please hold down the power button on the front of the console for approximately 15 seconds until the power light shuts off. Wait about 60 seconds, then power it back on. Be sure you see the green "XBOX ONE" animation
loading screen when you power it back up. reset you're router too.

Try to remove his account from the console and re add it again.
