my gamertag MCchickenlittle i cant log on to live with my account i have internet connected to my xbox when i go on too my brothers account i have acces but when i try to log onto my own it does not work!

If you think you've had enforcement action taken against your account you can post in this forum

forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx

Also be sure to check the email associated with your gamertag as you usually get an email too.

FYI if you can log into the forum with the account associated with your tag then you are not banned as banned accounts cannot access the forums when banned.

Unfortunately there isn't anything we can do on the forums for this.

if you are permanently banned there is usually a build up of reports. They don't just happen from event. Usually unless it's really bad or inappropriate. The only people that could help you with this is enforcement, But I don't think you can open a case
review for permanent bans.
