    what happen whith xbox?

    i need a solucion, i allready try with 3 different methods to buy the suscription and the system says that i cant pay that way BUT with one of my credits card that you refuse you made a charge, so i dont understand why i cant be gold because you refuse my
    credit card but you can made a charge in the same credit card.

    i saw that the play and charge kits went from 19.99 to 16.99. ha i havent open my play and charge kit i bought from gamestop for 19.99 but once i make the trip to best buy i will waste more than 3 dollars in gas so i dont think it is worth it even

    My grandson used my credit card recently to buy a game for $19.99. He advised he removed my card number after the purchase however I am now getting charges that I haven't approved. They come in as Microsoft*bill.m.net.msa first on 2/23 for $49.99 then
    2/23 for $59.99 then 2/24 for $9.99, 2/24 for $19.99, 3/9 for $59.99 and 3/9 $59.99. Please explain what these are, do we now have a Trojan horse bug in the system or what. I need a response from Microsoft regarding these charges so I can refuse them to
    my credit card company.

    warranty replacement only costs $19.99 an no delivery charge just a flat rate of $19.99, that's how much they charged me (no tax ) an only took 5 days snail mail all the way from TEXAS! but you have to mail them a money order they don't take credit
    cards.
