But would you please tell me if this is a charge that is coming from a subscription on your account or is this an unauthorized charge that is not coming from your account?

What support?

I try Mojang support, they send me either to a Bot that doesn't have a clue or to a bunch of "Gamers" that don't know how Microsoft 365 Business blocks gaming.

I try Microsoft and Games and this sends me in the direction to post here.

You tell me to contact support, that is what I though I was already doing.

BTW, this is the same kind of run around [enter inappropriate word] that I have received from Microsoft since migrating to Microsoft 365. Some I have been able to live with, but this, locking me out of my gaming account, and still charging me monthly for something I can not even cancel, because I can't get into the account, seems to be some really bad business process for Microsoft to drop the hammer of "sorry, no fun and games when you are using a work or school account!"

Please, please, please, tell me who to contact.

This is not about "Price Differences" - regional or otherwise - this is about Microsoft offering goods at one price - in this case $9.99 and at the point of sale attempting to charge $30!! If - for whatever reason I was not eligible for that particular offer
- so be it - tell me and will shop elsewhere. BUT do not try and charge me 3 times the advertised price!
Not really what one expects from a reputable trader....

In this situation, I recommend using the tool provided by Microsoft so that you can investigate for yourself the information of the account with which the purchases are being made through the following procedure:

1. Log in with your Microsoft account (it doesn't matter if it's not the account used for the purchases) at the following link:

https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments

2. Under "Don't recognize a charge on your bank statement?" click on "Investigate".

3. From the list, choose the card with which the charges are appearing and enter the CVV if prompted. If you haven't added the card where the charges are being made, you'll need to add it to proceed with this process.

4. This will allow you to see all transactions made with this payment method even if they were made by another user on their own account. Click on the transaction that matches the amount on your card to see more details.

5. If a different account from the one you are currently logged into made the purchase, the partially censored email address of that account will appear. This should be enough for you to know which account the charges are associated with. If it is an account you own, simply log in and request a refund through the following link:

If you do not recognize the Microsoft account used for the purchase, it will be necessary to contact your bank/financial institution to report this charge as fraudulent.
