    I have a billing problem with my Xbox account.

    I suscribed to Xbox Live Gold and I had a problem with my credit card, so my account got suspended. My question is: will it keep accumulating untill I can pay? If it is the case, how can I change that, because I don't want it to accumulate and cause me more
    trouble.

    When I go to my profile and try to see it it sais "That did not work. Sorry, give it another try."

    And when I'm in a game, my status shows just "Online". Please help!

    Sorry but you must be over the age of a minor as defined by the country you are in. Also if you are an adult and you age is correct on your account the other reason I've found is that your account is managed by a family parent account. If this is the case
    then your will always be considered a child account as this is what they are considered no mater your age.

    information matches the card information including but not limited to the billing
    address. Also, if the card is being added to the account using the console then try to add the card throughout website under:
    Payment options.

    As a last resort, please contact our Live Customer support team at:
    Contact Us.

    It's going to ask if you want help from the virtual agent
    select
    no thanks,
    pick the
    category and just pick a contact method
    (request a call from support or Chat
    is faster).
