I have been banned on xbox until 12/31/9999. I do not deserve this ban. I believe someone had a lot of people report me. I have never cheated and never plan on cheating. I have spent so much money on xbox and I deserve a legitimate case review. If they did
a real one they would actually not just go off reports. I do not cheat and deserve to have my account unbanned. The account gamertag is Tmzer and I need some help for once. Please help me get my account back.

yes i agree Legend, and i have been saying much of the same thing for quite some time, i believe the only way to get completely rid of modders and hackers and glitchers is to ban their IP address for ever, they dont deserve to breath the same video game
air as we do, but until they put that into affect we all have a choice...either quit playing online, or put up with it.

Its good that your sorry for your mistake and dont intend to do it again, but you need to use this as a lesson. I highly doubt you will get unbanned and if you have commited an offence worthy of a ban dont deserve it to be lifted, you will need to get another
xbox to get back online.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bannings and they do not use the forums. The only thing you can do us submit a case review at
http://enforcement.xbox.com If you already submitted a review and they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.

What do you mean by banning system?

Is it when you get banned for quiting games, because those i have no problem with that, i hate it when team mates quit, quitters deserve ban.
