    i have a ban in fh5


    my email got hacked some time ago and i lost most of my game accounts, steam, xbox, epic games, ea games. I investigated a little and saw that it falls into a theft and account sale scheme, thus making my account ''free'' for anyone to use. I have proof of that and I managed to recover my accounts, but someone entered my fh5 account and used as much cheat as they could (I already had many cars and most of the dlcs purchased). when I logged into my account I saw that the ban was hwid and I ended up banning my pc too (I didn't even know I was banned) is there any solution for that?

    First, thank you so much for contacting us regarding your inquiry/ concern.

    Game bans are seperate from Xbox bans. Youll need to contact the game publisher for which the ban was issued by. They may be able to perform an IP trace and compare login location comparisons that may help with your case as "hackers" would obviously be from an entirely different region or atleast area.

    If im banned from playing online on fh4 will i still be banned from online on fh5
    All depends how long you were banned for I guess and why you were banned. My understanding is that Forza bans continue into future games but I could be wrong

    Well, now we know that you're not banned and your Xbox profile doesn't have any restrictions

    It seems everything lies on FH5, I know that this can bother you a bit. But if you don't mind, please install again FH5 and check if you received the same error.

    If that's the case, the next step will be reach Forza support one more time and share with them all this info
