I have a 24hr suspension but can't file a case review... Please help me lift it

For the first time in my gaming career i ran into a suspension, I still dont know how someone reported me due to the fact that i am never a mean player nor do i ever cheat. for some reason i recieved a 24 hr communicaiton ban and i really need it lifted.
I tried over and over to submit a review but it wont let me. I just need this ban lifted i have not done anything wrong nor have i ever done anything to warrant a suspension. please help me lift this ban

The policy to get a suspension lifted sooner then what it was initially for is to go to enforcement.xbox.com and file for a case review there is no people that vote on whether to lift a suspension or not when you file the case review you will have a chance
to plead your case with the enforcement team and then they will look over your case and decide whether to lift the suspension or not.

 

how do i appeal a communication ban when i didn't do anything to be banned

you need to go to enforcement and file a case review. Read the code of conduct first and as much information as possible on the site, as there is a questionnaire to fill before a case review. Also
if it is a 24hr suspension, there is no case review option.

 

All you can do is wait it out. 24 hour suspensions are not eligible for a case review because the review would take longer than the suspension.

 

Just to add,you don't get suspended for nothing.

Any report is thoroughly investigated before a suspension is issued.

They will not suspend you for no reason.
