I was peeling off to see the code when I got home and noticed I had ripped off two of the numbers/ letters of which made up the code. I need help to either get a new code or find out the missing letters/ numbers.

Dear, I bought Xbox live gold membership. My son was scratching to get the cods but with a knife and some of the numbers in the code are not readable any more. What can I do? It is two numbers/letters I can't read.

FIFA 17 voucher deal

I bought a deal saying if you buy FIFA 17 you get a 10 pound Xbox voucher but I havent received the vouche.

I spoke to the live chat team a few weeks ago when I bought the deal and they said I will get it straight away on the 29th

(when the game comes out) but I don't have the voucher

All I asked was why are some gamers getting a voucher or credit for 10 dollars or pounds and others are not . Simple question I think .

Ive had this problem before. I went to scrape and some of the numbers came off as well. I called support and then they had me verify some numbers and then helped me get my code!

Being a paying customer of a Xbox Live Gold Subscription, Profiles, should be locked behind the Live Sign in & only viewable by logging into xbox.com or off the Xbox Consoles..
