The option for using the $9.59 is just greyed out and the only other option is to take the full $9.99 from my banking account. Really? Theres no way to just use the $9.59?

So what will happen is i'll get a game for $4.99 and never be able to spend the $4.60...

Removing Xbox Live

I was given a 1 month free trial of Xbox live upon purchase of my system. This month the membership automatically renewed and charged me $9.99. I have been attempting to terminate my membership because I did not want to pay the $9.99, but it appears as
though Microsoft has made it very difficult to remove your membership. Any suggestions?

Can I split payment between my local currency and a credit card?

Yes. For most purchases, if the amount of local currency in your Microsoft account is not sufficient to pay for the content, you can charge the remainder to your credit card or PayPal account. PayPal availability varies by region. However, you must first
select to purchase using your credit card or PayPal account and then you will see the option to use the remaining currency in your account. Split payment may not be an option for all content purchases.

You can only do the split payment from the console. Just select your card, hit the confirm purchase button, and it will ask you if you want to apply the balance towards your purchase.

You can split the payment through your console, but once you've clicked confirm purchase that's it, that means you bought the game. A message will pop up asking you if you want to split the payment, if you click cancel, the full price will be charged from
your CC.
