Discus and support I have 5500 Reward Credits that have not been deposited in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; As the title states, I have earned 5500 Reward Credits (around the 15th-25th of February 2018) and they have not yet been deposited in my account,...     I have 5500 Reward Credits that have not been deposited


    As the title states, I have earned 5500 Reward Credits (around the 15th-25th of February 2018) and they have not yet been deposited in my account, still appearing as pending. Also, the e-mail regarding rewards that I received stated that "there seems to
    be a problem with my account".

    Can someone please offer some insight?

    xbox rewards wont deposit

    on 8/03 my rewards credit balance turned 5500. it did deposited to my xbox live account by 15th.

    on 19/03 via VIp Vault i redemmed another 5000 reward credit, its still wont show up in reward balance and still those 5500 credits havent been deposited.

    Last month it says I earned 2800 reward credits and deposited 5500 reward credits, but when i check my current balance its says i have 0 credits.

    Hello regideus,

    Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your UK Rewards Account region and your US Microsoft Account region. When you register into the Rewards program, we create a Rewards account based on your Microsoft Account region at the time of registration.
    Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional currency, it cannot
    complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency.

    However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location. Another option if
    you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region is to opt out of the program at (https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/), wait 48 hours and then sign back up again, which can also take 48 hours.

    While you will lose your progress by starting a brand new account, you can start earning Rewards Credits that will successfully reward your newly registered regional currency. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date
    from the MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards). If your join date shows a specific date, then your account has successfully been re-registered. If you see “???” then your account is still
    being created. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old account to your new one.

    You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/),
    where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. You had a deposit of 5500 Credits in January 2017 that would have expired if you did not spend it. Per Microsoft policy, promotional currency like Rewards Credits expires after one year in your
    Microsoft Account.

    My Reward credits have not been deposited

    Credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you get to 5,000 pending credits. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.
