I have 50$ in my account but can't buy 49.99$ content

I just want to buy Premium for BF4 (costs 49.99$), and has 50.00$ in my microsoft account. But when i try to buy, it say "How do you want to pay the rest?"

What rest? What is the problem?

Will be appreciate with your help.

Microsoft points change

I have to say changing Microsoft points to real money was the stupidest thing you ever done I was planing on buying the season pass on Xbox one, so I made a trip to the store bought a 50$ Card came home and where there's no taxes on the cards now it gets
taken from my 50$ oh but wait the add on was 49.99 and there was nothing left for taxes when I buy "microsoft points" I bring extra money because I know there is taxes but I can't buy a 56$ card or 50$ and a 10$ no jump right up to 25 that's 75$ for 49.99
I was hoping to save 30$ on 4 dlc not spend more

You don't have enough money because of the tax. There is still tax that is charged for buying digital games and content. It should also tell you the total before you confirm purchase.

Hey, maybe if you move your adress to Alaska they won't tax you, try it! I've just bought Outlast with 20 dollars gift card and ended well =D

Lol yup greedy xbox they charge tax on digital items thats why always get triple AAA games first on the other console because a $20 game is $20 over there but on my x1 that $20 game comes to just under $25 in my area . Also to the guy up there it does not
show the total i buy only digital now and on mine it shows the price but not the total with tax it just says you dont have enough or somtimes it will show your last used credit card if you dont have enough funds but it does not show the total after tax any
were before final purchase

 

I think it's stupid that you need to calculate tax separately. The price listed should be the total cost, not the cost before tax. That's just so backwards.

At the very least, it should tell you on the store page that tax will be added, and what the final price actually will be.
