I have 5,300 Xbox Reward Points and Can't request a deposit.

Discus and support I have 5,300 Xbox Reward Points and Can't request a deposit. in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; It says my account needs to be updated where the Request a Deposit Button should be.     I have 5,300 Xbox Reward Points and Can't request a deposit.


    It says my account needs to be updated where the Request a Deposit Button should be.

    I can clearly see 5,300 Reward Points and when I click to Update my Account it takes me to my address page which is all correct and re-submitted.

    I cannot Request a Deposit at all and have spoke to 2 advisors from Microsoft/Xbox Support on the phone to no avail and 1 Webchat Advisor as well who linked me here.

    Can someone please help me resolve this as it's just too much trouble asking for something that is a simple fix but nobody knows how to amend.

    How to stop early deposit request of rewards points?

    I was on my Xbox rewards profile and accidentally requested a early deposit of my reward points how do I go about stopping the request to deposit?
