    I have 37k To receive and nothing happens...


    Hello guys... so, I have 37k points to receive on rewards, its been 2 months and nothing happens, I really wanna get my money to buy more games...

    Today I was looking on my trash in my e-mail and had this on it... i dont understand what this is supposed to mean, cause it doesn't say what problem that I have on my account... so.

  2. Cable Receiver isn't recognized

    Nothing happens with this codes. Like I said before, I don't have the opportunity to choose a cable receiver - just TV and Audioreceiver.

    Nothing will happen

    Hello, can someone please help me. When I turn my Xbox on it comes up with 'something went wrong' and an error code 0x87af000b I was wondering if there is anything i can do to stop this. I can't even get on the home page or anything. I've tried unplugging
    it and everything, nothing will work.

    Hello KathFallAway,



    Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your Brazilian Rewards Account region and your US Microsoft Account region. When you register into the Rewards program, we create a Rewards account based on your Microsoft Account region at the time
    of registration. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional
    currency, it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency.

    However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location. Another option if
    you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region is to opt out of the program at (https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/), wait 48 hours and then sign back up again, which can also take 48 hours.

    While you will lose your progress by starting a brand new account, you can start earning Rewards Credits that will successfully reward your newly registered regional currency. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date
    from the MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards). If your join date shows a specific date, then your account has successfully been re-registered. If you see “???” then your account is still
    being created. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old account to your new one.

    why is my microsoft rewards app showing that i only have 520 points when my xbox shows that i have over 37k game points?

    Rewards points are not the same as gamerscore. The 37k you see on Xbox is your achievement score. The points on Rewards are gained by completing rewards tasks. The achievement score is just for show. It gets you nothing. Your rewards points are the only ones that can be used to acquire things.

    As long as you reported them, the enforcement team will investigate and take the appropriate action. Investigations can take time so nothing may happen immediately. You may receive a thank you message from them when they do take action, but they don't always send that. So there is no way of knowing 100% when they are given an enforcement action.
