I have 3 games that will not load or play on my xbox1 but they worked before 3 weeks ago when ...

The division is the one that crashed, but star wars battle front will not load multi player, and call of duty 3 will not load at all, i have uninstalled and reinstalled them and they still will not work properly

Scratched Disc

I purchased a game 3-4 weeks ago and installed it on Xbox one S. When I play, I have to load the game to prove I purchased it. It worked fine for a while. Now, it stalls when loading. I believe it is because of a scratch. What options do I have? I
do not want to (or feel I should have to) buy a new game.

 

Fallout 3 game of the year edition problems.

I don't have an install problem, but I do have a playability problem. I completed the survey required with no response (3 weeks ago). I have the Fallout 3 GOTY (Platinum Hits) and all of it is installed on my internal hard drive. I did the same with my
360. I thought it was all good until I went to play on the 360 and during the game load up, it "activated" my DLC's and opened the quests in the game. However, on my Xbox One, the DLC's do NOT load up when the game runs. I have verified the DLC's are available
on the hard drive, but they will not "activate" when playing the game. I am playing the game from disc, no digital downloads.

I don't know if you use the same account on your One that you use to post here, but here on the forum you are shown as a free silver member with 0 Gamerscore points.

You need an active Gold membership to play online multiplayer games like Star Wars Battlefront.

Can you try the following:

Turn on your console. When the console has started up, hold the Xbox logo sensor button on the right side of the console for about 10 seconds. Make sure the LED on the power adapter turns orange.

Unplug the power cord for about 30 seconds.

Plug the cord back in, and start your console again.

Do the games now start correctly?

Also, considering that you have re-installed the games, try to clear the alternate MAC address. To do this, go to Settings > Network > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate MAC address > Clear > Restart console. The restart might take slightly
longer than usual but that's normal. Afterwards, try the games and see if made a difference.

 

Thank you for the help resetting the alternate MAC address fixed the issue
