Being charged for something, not sure what

My credit card is being charged $10 every month and I'm not entirely sure what for. I've removed all credit cards from my accounts and cancelled my xbox live membership. Both accounts are silver and have less than 100 msp. What else could I be being charged
for?

Unauthorized game points purchase - refundable?

My son's friend ordered nearly $50 in Madden Ultimate Team Points on my son's Microsoft account, which was charged to my credit card. Is it possible to return these points and get a refund?

You'll need to call Support for your region.

There is no one here who can assist with account payment issues on these forums.

Only phone support can assist as they have the ability to access your account and resolve anything payment related

You also can manage your account and the payment instruments associated with it by logging in to this website and selecting the avatar picture at the upper right hand corner and selecting Microsoft Account.

to do this on the xbox acc that was used were my credit card was charged from I called today Xbox customer service and my credit card should be removed so I don't continue to have this problems being monthly charge. 04/1/2019 but I have to fill out a form
through my Xbox account in order to receive my credited refund of 9.99 +9.99.

i'm out of options to try AGAIN to cancel my son's membership and my credit card keeps being charged. Please, I want to cancel and your site after an hour of g oing around in circles doesn't offer me a way to do this . PLEASE help!!!!!!!!!!!!

My son changed his card on his Xbox account a couple of years ago. He had mine and then got his own because I didn't want it linked to my card. He since lost his card and got a new one. He assumed he'd be dropped from the account when it was not a valid card and that his account would expire and cancel. BUT NO, Microsoft recovered MY OLD CARD and charged it and refused to credit my account when my credit card company disputed. This is crooked and angers me. That is stealing! A company cannot resurrect an old card and take the money. I want my card information forever removed from Microsoft. What a scam! How do I get my information removed and get my $59.99 credited back to my account?????

Sorry to hear about the charge on the account. I'm afraid that if the card was not properly removed from your son's account then that's why it would have been charged. When a new payment method has been added you must set it as the Primary and then you my physically select the Delete Card button on the old one. Once deleted, no company would be able to recover the card. You can check to see if your card is listed as a secondary or primary card on your son's card at https://account.microsoft.com

If Microsoft refuses to refund the charge then my suggestion would be to get the money from your son.
