I have €25 in XL Cards but can't redeem it..

Discus and support I have €25 in XL Cards but can't redeem it.. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I just bought 2 XBOX Live Cards with €15 and €10 but I can't redeem the codes.     I have €25 in XL Cards but can't redeem it..


    I just bought 2 XBOX Live Cards with €15 and €10 but I can't redeem the codes. I live in Sweden and we have SEK and EURO but apparently I cant seem to get the money into my account. It says I have to change my location in the settings under billing information.

    Why can't I just get my freaking money so I can spend them!?

    I am trying to redeem a $25 gift card, it knows that it is a gift card but when I press redeem it says PrerequisiteProfileMissing. PLS HELP!!!

    I did this and all the options I had was for a digital or physical Visa card and neither of those have a 25 character code that can be redeemed on Xbox

    That is correct. What you would have redeemed from the vault is a prepaid Visa card, not an Xbox gift card.
    Yes and the instructions provided by Xbox state you can redeem for a visa card or redeem a 25 digit code on the Xbox Store and at no time is there an option for a 25 digit code. The instructions need to be change

    that must have been a while (years) that it was possible to redeem XL Gold without a card !

    But depending on the country you live, it could be possible to add a PayPal account; you wouldn't need a card then.

    But also I would like to recommend you the Microsoft Rewards program.

    If you earn points every day, you can redeem them for subs or credits to purchase games and add-ons.

    I can't even remember the last time I paid for my Game Pass Ultimate other than with Rewards points !
