I have 2 xbox live accounts one for my son and myself but only mine can go on live ?

If I may ask, are you using the same Xbox console as your son? Also, what Xbox console do you have?

I would also appreciate it if you can let me know the exact error or issue that your son is experiencing whenever he is trying to go online on the Xbox console.

Awesome thx soooo much, now I only wish I knew about Live Family Pack? I just just bought one for myself and my (2) sons want a Live account for each of them!!! Also can you explain to me how to save to the cloud going from upstairs to downstairs? Sorry

I only have 2 XBOX One consoles. The XBOX Live account is associated with my account which I use for parental controls on my two sons accounts. They each use their own separate account to play on their own XBOX One console.

- my admin account with XBOX Live subscription

- my two sons have their own accounts they use to play on each of their XBOX One Consoles.

Agreed Got my son on his own xbox and my wife on her own xbox and mine on the one in the living room. I love how its only the cost of two accounts but you get 4.

Sorry, I read it as 3 consoles. In that situation you would actually want to purchase gold on one of your son's account. As it's set up now, you can set one of the consoles as your Home and share the gold there, but the other console would not be able to
access the gold. If you buy gold on your son's account, they can set one of the consoles as their Home to share the gold with the other son, then continue using the gold while signed in on the non-Home console.
