I have 2 Xbox Live Accounts On One Microsoft E-mail

Years ago, I made an Xbox Live Account on My Xbox 360 and used that for a while. Then I got a newer console and put away the Xbox 360.

Then a couple months ago, I was going to play minecraft with my mates on my PS4 so I signed into my Microsoft Account, the Same one used for my old Xbox 360 account, and it made me a new one. I didn't think much of it so I continued playing.

I got bored recently due to the lockdown, so I switched on my Xbox 360. It ran through a couple of System Updates then signed out of all accounts. When I went to sign into Xbox Live it wouldn't work.

I realised that I had 2 accounts on 1 email and didn't know what to do and what will happen. Can someone explain clearly please?

Ok. Let's say I have 4 E-Mail adresses. 1, 2, 3, and 4. The Mojang account was created with E-Mail 1 and the Microsoft account also with E-Mail 1. But I had also a different Microsoft account with E-Mail 2. Once I changed the Microsoft account with E-Mail 1 to E-Mail 3. And then the Microsoft account with E-Mail 2 to E-Mail 1. After that I realised that Minecraft does't work with E-Mail 1. Then I remembered that I had a Mojang account with E-Mail 1 so I migrated this Mojang account to an another Microsoft account with E-Mail 4. I originally owned Minecraft with the Microsoft account with E-Mail 2(Now 1) and with the Mojang account with E-Mail 1(Now 4)

I'm sorry that it's really complicated.

When Minecraft stopped working, I used my Microsoft account. And this issue happened after I changed my main alias from E-Mail 2 to E-Mail 1. I can play Minecraft if I log in with my E-Mail 2.

I purchased Minecraft on my Mojang account before the migration, but I don't use my mojang account and that Microsoft account that was migrated to.

With my Mojang account (E-Mail 1) migrated to Microsoft account (E-Mail 4) I bad the Java Edition. With my first Microsoft account (E-Mail 1, now 3) I had Minecraft Bedrock Edition. And with the other MIcrosoft account (E-Mail 2, now 1) I have both Java and Bedrock.

I purchased Minecraft Bedrock Edition on my Microsoft Account (E-Mail 1, now 3) from the Microsoft Store and I purchased Minecraft Bedrock Edition on my Microsoft account (E-Mail 2, now 1) from the Microsoft Store but the Java Edition I purchased from minecraft.net. On my Mojang account (E-Mail 1, now migrated to Microsoft Account with E-Mail 3) I bought Minecraft Java from minecraft.net.

Which account appears when you sign into the microsoft site with the email address?

Was the original one used online at all or was it only a local account for the 360?

When I sign in on the Xbox App, it's the one that was recently created.

I suggest you change one account to another e-mail adress.

2 XBL Accounts one one e-mail adress osn't quite usefull.
