I have 2 titles one showing the disc and one showing the game.

I don't have the digital version. It also doesn't allow me to play it without disc

Just removed one from your home, also you can unistall and re install the game to fix this.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums for advice on how to hopefully clear up this conundrum. I can see how this could seem peculiar. I suggest trying a soft factory reset when you get the chance.
It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues. Before you try though, this procedure is best done with a good network connection
and the knowledge of your gamertag sign-in information( as you'll have to redownload any account afterwards)

reset and keep my games & apps, and let us know how that helps with the issue .
