So you created another account on the Minecraft launcher using the exact same email address and password from the Microsoft account you were using to play Minecraft?

Would you please try to sign in to the Minecraft website (https://minecraft.net/) using your Microsoft account and see if it shows there that you still own the Minecraft edition(s) that you purchased?

As you said I somehow created another Microsoft account with the same email adress like the previous one that I used to play Minecraft and other games with.

I logged in with my Microsoft account in to the Minecraft website. I logged in with the same email adress, but I had different account name than I used to play Minecraft with and it shows me I don't have Minecraft. That is the issue I think, that I cannot log in to the previous account because it somehow overwrote it.

hi i already uninstall and reinstall using the xbox app but it still show the same on the launcher as for both minecraft dungeon and minecraft bedrock are available in my order history but for the java minecraft i bought it from mojang which have already been migrated to my current microsoft account

1. Open Minecraft Launcher

2. Delete all accounts that are in the launcher

3. In the launcher log in with the email and password of the Microsoft account you used to migrate

I have the same issue and not working deleting profile.json file. The problem is that when i start minecraft launcher, the launcher and the microsoft store open at same time but microsoft store glitches and only can be closed after closing minecraft launcher with Task Manager or reseting the computer.
